Day-10 (21)Do something each day #21daygoalchallenge

I am so happy that you have joined us in this 21 day challenge in which we are all going to take massive action so that we can achieve at least one of our goals.

Some tips to help you take action towards achieving your goal

1. Do some research online and check out people who are doing similar thing to what you want to do so you can study how they do it and get some ideas that you too can use.

2. Write down everything you  think you need to do that will help you achieve your goals.

3.Go through the list again and prioritise them

4. Write down the dates next to each item and put that in your diary

5. Make sure you take action each day

6. In the morning – look at what you have to do and imagine that you have completed the task and feel all the wonderful excitement of you having achieved it. Also write down some positive affirmations to help you  do what you know you have to do.

7. In the evening before you go to bed, review what you have achieved for the day and what action you need to carry forward to another day.  Please do not feel bad if you did not manage to do much, just keep going for tomorrow is another day.

 

8.Take time to be grateful and thankful for what you have been able to achieve so far.

You too can achieve your goals. Stay focussed even when you have set backs, stay positve and believe and act as if you have already achived your goal.
