Day-9(21)How to visualise your goal #21daygoalchallenge

To me visualisation is taking a few minutes to just sit down and imagine you are watching a movie about your life where you can see yourself having achieved your goal. It is also about everyday acting as if you have achieved your goal andmaking sure the words you speak about your goals are positve.

I sat in the first class carriage

Yesterday was my birthday, and one of my goals is to have an abundance and wealth mindset. So as I  sat on the train going to London, my son told me to move to the first class carriage as I should experience how it felt. I was a bit reluctant as I had not paid for a first class ticket, As our stop was the next one, I then agreed to sit in the first class carriage for a few minutes and I must say I felt good and noticed the difference ..

Some of the benefits of using  visualization to focus on your goals and desires:-

1)It activates the law of attraction, bringing into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals.

2.) It programs your brain to more readily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.

3) It builds your internal motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your dreams so that you can live the life you so desire..

I have create a circle in the grass at work. To remind my self to be peaceful every time I walk pass it and to be Grateful for everything in my life. I asked some of the prisoners to join me yesterday. 3 of them did. I asked them to spend 30 seconds to breath and think of something positive for themselves over the weekend. 🌻 they Managed to do that. It was a small task but big for them .
