Inspirational Speaker

As a speaker, I use my own personal life experiences of how I coped with various challenges and the lessons I learnt to inspire, encourage and give hope to as many people as I can.

My speaking topics include:-

“Confidence to Achieve Success at any age”

Over the years I have learn a great deal from some of the challenges ad set backs which knocked my confidence down and at what point I felt like giving up. I have learnt how to rise up again after setbacks and to develop the confidence to succeed mindset which has ,made a huge difference in my life especially over the last 5 years. I have been able to help many people to unwrap their confidence so that they too are achieving their goals and aspirations.

“Divorced but not devastated”

(Encouraging women regain their confidence and turn their life around after divorce.)

In 2003 when I became divorced it was at my lowest point in my life, as within that same period I was made redundant, my house was going to be repossessed, I had a lot of debts and  I was a single parent with two toddlers to look after. My self esteem was at an all time low to the point that I could not even look at myself in the mirror as I had let the negative comments of people drag me down. Today I have recovered and I have been sharing my story of Faith, Hope and Opportunities to help others who may be facing similar challenges.

“Put on your Crown of Smiles”

This is based on my self hep book where  I share my own simple every day practical tips that helped me become resilient, regain my mojo, confidence and have  a reason to smile each day.

“Escape to Happiness Island using your imagination to relieve stress”

Over the years, I have been trying to find out how I can be happier without leaving my home. My Happy Place is a way of me using my imagination and creativity to create a world where I can take time of my busy schedule to relax, experience some of the things I want to achieve as well as recharge and energise myself to achieve my goals. In my talk, I explain and show how each one of us can  create our own  happy space or happiness island.
