I was inspired to write Crown of Smiles after recovering from a period of depression, low self-esteem, and confidence. In the book, I  share with you some of the simple, practical ways I’ve tried over the years to help myself have inner peace and a reason to smile each day. I hope this will inspire and motivate you to keep going, irrespective of some of the challenges life can throw at you, and still have a reason to smile  each day.

Proceeds of my book are going towards my mission of helping to make the world a better place through the workshops, activity sessions and free gifts I deliver to cheer people up!
