I was inspired to write Crown of Smiles after recovering from a period of depression, low self-esteem, and confidence. In the book, I  share with you some of the simple, practical ways I’ve tried over the years to help myself have inner peace and a reason to smile each day. I hope this will inspire and motivate you to keep going, irrespective of some of the challenges life can throw at you, and still have a reason to smile  each day.

Proceeds of my book are going towards my mission of helping to make the world a better place through the workshops, activity sessions and free gifts I deliver to cheer people up!

You too can put on your Crown of Smiles every day –  Crown of smiles meditation

When you wake up each morning, or when you’re feeling a bit down, I want you to remember to put on your Crown of Smiles.  This can be an imaginary crown, or even better still, why not be creative and make your own Crown of Smiles?

As you put your crown on your head, imagine you have a jar of happy oil being poured over your head, and as the oil goes through every part of your body, from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, imagine your body coming alive. You start dancing and smiling and end up saying, “Woo Hoo! Boom Boom! I feel good!” You can also do the One Minute Smilence: think happy thoughts whilst smiling for a minute
