Happiness Coaching


As your happiness coach, I bring to you my life experiences of overcoming anxiety, sadness, low self esteem and various training in personal development with in a non judgemental and confidential way. You bring any concerns that you have about being happier and together we develop your plan to cope with the challenges of life so that you can enjoy a happy and fulfilled life.

How I work as your coach

During the early sessions, we will get to know each other and to assess what you want to achieve by the end of our coaching session. We will then develop a practical action plan for you to complete each day.

Our  coaching sessions can be by weekly coaching calls, virtual. in person or by emails, where we will look at your experiences during the week including  your challenges and successes. The format of the weekly sessions will sustain enthusiasm, passion and determination to ensure that the results you get are lasting and beneficial.

As your happiness coach, I will lead you through all the areas to help you build and maintain your happiness, self esteem and confidence, without judgment or criticism. The results will speak for themselves.

After our coaching sessions you will:-
• Have a plan with tips for you  to maintain  your happiness
• Have a positive outlook in life
• Avoid procrastination and take action
• Have long term tools and strategies to maintain your life of happiness
