As someone who encourages people to find a reason to smile each day, I found it bot challenging initially wearing a mask as it is difficult for people to know that you are smiling and you can’t tell if they are smiling back either. This became a great concern to me as when as a volunteer driver I deliver lunches to those in need in our community, I could see them smile, out behind my mask they could not see I was smiling at them.
I then decided to have different brightly coloured masks and be a ray of sunshine and hope.
