Tips to manage stress

Stress is part of life and even though we may not be able to eliminate  it all, we can find ways to help us cope and seek help when we find we cannot cope or don’t even know what to do.

Take the time to look at your life and find out who or what situation triggers stress in your life.

Answer this question – What can you do about it? Look at the options you have

If you are not sure what to do about it, is there someone or an organisation who you could talk to about it?

If you can’t do anything about it because it is beyond your control, just breathe, release it and let it go.

Confident Queen tips for reducing the stress of being a self employed single parent

stressbreakup

As a single parent of 2 wonderful children, I decided to work for myself so that I can have the flexibility of being able to take my children to school, attend some of their activities, as well as having time to do other things I love.

The main areas of stress I face at times are:-

1.Juggling doing paid work when my children have important activities in school and feeling guilty for not being able to be their.

2.Times when there is actually no work

3.Not able to meet my day to day expenditure because clients are not paying on time

4. When I feel unwell, and can’t work More
