Make it happen for you!


We are now in May and  five months into 2015. It’s time for us to take time out and review our lives and start to take the necessary small steps which will help us to achieved our goals.

I am one of those people who in the past had so many ideas of things to do, that I felt at times my life was like going round a round about and not knowing which exit to take.  I would get excited about a project, do all the work necessary, then leave it as another idea comes up and I will go through the same process.

So this year, I decided to write down all my ideas down, then I spent time asking myself?



Which one of my ideas keeps me awake at night because it excites me?


.The next thing I did was to make a list of my DREAM TEAM – these are people I know will really help me to be more focussed, and to whom I can be accountable to.  I know have my dream team which is made up of people who are helping me develop myself spiritually, emotionally, financially as well as to develop my idea so that I can maximise my potential. So now I have an amazing team of 5 people I know can help me in different areas of my life. I also have a business mentor who I meet on a regular basis this helps me to stay focussed and develop my business to the next level. I find all these years of working on my own would have been an easier journey if I had someone else I could be accountable to. am also in a support group with other people who just want to network, share ideas and do some work together.


Daily Habits

To be a success, I realise too, that some of my daily habits were distracting me fro doing what I know I should be doing to be a success.  One of the things I did was to really plan what I do every single day and try and stick to it as much as I can, knowing that if I do, the end result would be great. I also know that I am an early morning person, so my day starts at 5am each morning and ends about 9pm at night. Within this time frame I have to try and include time for my spiritual growth,  time with my children, time for work,  time to socialise and time for me to just relax/


I can say right now I feel very energised and passionate about my life as I can see things are going according to plan. I also now can confidently say no without feeling guilty when people come with ideas that one to take me off my goals.

How to improve your esteem and confidence

1. Face your fearsthey aren’t as bad as you think they are. Facing your fears increases your confidence.

 2. Forget your failures – learn from them. Avoid making the same mistakes again but don’t limit yourself by assuming you failed before so you can’t succeed this time. Try again, you’re wiser and stronger.  Don’t be trapped in the past!

 3. Know what you want and ask for it. You deserve your dreams to come true.

 4. Reward yourself when you succeed. No-one else will!  Isn’t everything easier when you take time to help yourself?

 5. Talk We often make assumptions about a situation or person which are not true. Your attitude and behaviour can be negatively affected so if you have any doubt or question ask and don’t assume you know why or how.

 6. Don’t be defeated! Try something else. You are not going to be defeated by one failed attempt are you? Doesn’t everyone fail before they succeed? All you need is a different approach. Good luck! I wish you happiness and success
