Hello and thank you for visiting my page! My mission is to help you to be more confident so that you too can achieve inner joy and happiness.

This is my story
I have been through various challenging situations and setbacks in life. I had to find my way back to being happy. In 2003 when I became divorced it was at my lowest point in my life, as within that same period I was made redundant, I had a lot of debts and now I was a single parent with two toddlers to look after. My self-esteem was at an all-time low, to the point that I could not even look at myself in the mirror as I had let the negative comments of people drag me down to and all time low, and I remember one day my mum looked at me and I could feel her pain as she said to me “ I want to see my daughter smile again”.
To the outside world, I projected that all was ok, but when I went home, behind closed walls, whilst the children slept, I would cry myself to sleep with the pillow soaking wet with my tears of sadness.
Once I developed the courage to ask for help, my life got better. Over the years, I have learnt to bounce back and be resilient so that now I can share the lessons I have learnt with you as well as empower you with tools that will help you too to have a more positive outlook to life. I wrote my self improvement book Crown of Smiles in which I share my story and give tips on how you too can bounce back.
I created my personna Confident Queen as a character who empowers both children and adults to develop inner and outer confidence so that they can be the best version of themselves through my Gift of Confidence coaching programme and Escape to happiness Island using your imagination to relieve stress.
