Evening Routine for a good night’s sleep.

As you come towards the end of our day, it is so good to take time to unwind, relax so that we can prepare our bodies and brains for a good night’s sleep.

I share with you some of the things which I do on a regular basis so that it has become a lifestyle. I hope you too have your own evening routine. Please feel free to share,

Here are some Affirmations that can also help to finish the day positively

1. I release any worry or stress I felt today. I know that everything will be okay.

2. No matter what was left undone today, I know that I am always enough.

3. I am grateful for every single experience I had today.

4. Instead of wishing I could change what has happened today, I focus on this present moment and I release worry and focus on the goodness of the day.

5. When I choose to look for them, I can see how so many beautiful things happened for me today. I did my best today, and I’m proud of myself.

6. I inhale peace. I exhale worry.

7. I feel calm, relaxed, and at peace

I tend to follow this routine below 2 hours before my bedtime.
