As we start another year, remember that things won’t change this year unless we each decide to do something to make the change happen. Let’s focus on the things we can change.
Have a diary and plan your day. Start with a morning routine and include in it some of the good habits you want to bring into your life this year. Use this example and amend it to suit you. Determine also what time you will wake up each day and set your alarm. I wake up most days at 5a, during the week. but at weekends, I wake up about 8am. I am just a morning person and love the peacefulness of the early hours. Please comment below about your routine.
