Join me for 15 minutes of feel good vibes #Escape2HappinessIsland

The aim of my 15 minutes sessions, is for us to come to a place where we can for a few minutes put our worries and challenges aside and focus on positivity and good finds, especially before we start our day. I am excited that over the last couple of weeks, I have seen more and more people joining in as we sing and dance ourselves happy.

What to expect
During the session we will use our imagination and creativity to create joy and happiness. 
It is a time when we focus on the moment we are together by letting go of our worries and concerns and enjoy our time together. The session includes:- Smiling, Singing, Dancing, Laughter Yoga, Letting go of our worries, connecting with each other and just having fun. 
 
Before you join the session
1. Be open to have fun and feel good 
2. Know its ok to be silly with like minded people 
3. Have plain paper and a pen with you 
4. On zoom you don’t need to put your video on, you can just use audio 

Choose your time and mark it in your diary. I hope to see you soon.
