Give yourself a pep talk.

Every one of us goes through or have gone through periods of hardships, uncertainties or disappointments,  and at times, though it can be difficult to keep a positive outlook, we all owe ourselves the effort it takes to focus on the positive. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

When you find yourself feeling down and negative, get into the habit of  positive self-talk  – as it will remind you of your good traits and help motivate and inspire you to keep going and make the most of every day life

How to practise positive self talk

Imagine your friend is  saying negative things about him/herself, what would you say to them to make them feel better? Say those things to yourself now.
