Stress is part of life and even though we may not be able to eliminate it all, we can find ways to help us cope and seek help when we find we cannot cope or don’t even know what to do.
Take the time to look at your life and find out who or what situation triggers stress in your life.

If you are not sure what to do about it, is there someone or an organisation who you could talk to about it?
If you can’t do anything about it because it is beyond your control, just breathe, release it and let it go.
