Lift your mood with some positive affirmations.

Although we can sometimes hear that little negative voice in our heads telling us things that will make us feel down and loose our joy, we have to find ways to counter that negativity with some serious self-love, and positive self talk -talk to get out of that feeling, and lift your mood. I find using affirmations on a regular basis does help. You have to not only say them repeatedly, you have to believe they are true and say them out loud with true meaning.

Here are a few of my favourites

I am Unique, I am special, I love and accept myself for who I am.

I will not allow anyone to drag me down, I will rise up and put on my invisible Crown of Confidence as I sing – Every day I feel Confident.

Today I’m going to be amazing and I won’t let setbacks slow me down

I am too big a gift to the world to allow myself to waste my time on self-piety and sadness

I am grateful for all the wonderful people, experiences, and things in my life.

I am full of loving, healthy, positive, and prosperous thoughts which eventually convert into my life experiences.

I let go of things and situations from the past that are holding me back and I live only in the moment and enjoy each day to the fullest.

I am passionate about what I do and that reflects by the enthusiasm in my work and I attract positive and supportive people into my life.

I radiate love and inspire people to make the most of their everyday life.

I approach each situation with calm and peace
