Day 3 (21) how to make your vision board work #21DayGoalChallenge

Thanks for taking the steps towards achieving your goals in the next 21 days.

Yesterday, we looked at creating our vision board of the goal we want to achieve.

How did you get on? Please let me know if you need help, why not semd me your vision board.

TIPS TO MAKE YOUR VISION BOARD WORK

JUST DO SOMETHING TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL
The vision board is there to inspire you, to remind you every single day that you are on a mission: to make your life extraordinary, and to turn those things on that board into a reality. But a vision without action is like a fairy tale… just a fantasy. So be prepared to get out of your comfort zone and try new things to make your foals become a reality.

HAVE THE RIGHT MINDSET
Don’t let your condition be an excuse to not start doing something, Be positive and believe that even though at times you will have challenges and set backs, your will continue to stay focus and do all you can towards making your goal become a reality.

SPEND 5 MINUTES MORNING & EVENING VISUALISING YOUR GOAL
Make sure to take some time during your day to close your eyes and let the images on your vision board direct your thoughts. Imagine your dream as if it has already come true. Imagine the laughs, the hugs, the smell, the taste and the amazing way you will feel once you have accomplished that goal.

By doing your visualisation for just 5 minutes, you are helping to build hope and excitement for the future. When you visualize, you vibrate higher and you attract more of what you are visualizing. Make it a part of your morning or night routine, or incorporate your visualization as part of your meditation practice

PROETECT YOUR DREAM
Write down all of the obstacles you might face for your goal, and protect your goal by developing a plan. This way when you encounter these obstacles, you will already have a plan in place to put into action.

SET A DATE YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOAL
When you make a vision board, always keep in mind the time it will take you to achieve your goal. It’s harder to reach a goal that doesn’t have a deadline. For us doing this challenge it will be 21 days.

BE GRATETUL
Be grateful and thankful of all the wonderful things achieving your goal will allow you to do and experience.
