Over the next 21 day’s I want you to join me in taking action towards achieving one of your goals. This is going to be great as together we can support and encourage each other.
Today is all about focussing on the one goal you want to achieve, and then developing the – I will do it mindset, start thinking about the new habits you need to put in place that will help you achieve your goal.
STEP ONE
Believe that you will achieve your goal and take the necessary actions to make them a reality.
STEP 2
Write down all your goals, then spend a few minutes reviewing them and just slowly cross them out till you are left with your top 3 goals.
STEP 3
With each of your top 3 goals – write down
Why you want to achieve the goal
Score marks out of 10 as to which one you really want to achieve
Now select the one with the highest score and make this your goal to focus on in the next 21 days
STEP 4 – WRITE DOWN YOUR GOLAS
Commit your goal in writing – your chances to commit rises up to 90% when you write your goals. Get a large paper and write your goal as if you have achieved it.
Example – it is the 21st of June, and I am so relieved and very happy as I have taking control of my debts and have a plan to repay all my creditors a regular amount each month.
STEP 5 IMAGINE YOU HAVE ACHIVED IT
SETP 6 WRITE DOWN POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS ABOUT YOU ACHIVING YOUR GOAL
Example – I am so grateful and thankful that i make monthly repayment towards being debt free.
STEP 7 COME UP WITH YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Example – Waking up early, brush my teeth, take 15 minutes each morning for perosnal development, spend 10 minutes each day exercising, spend time focussing on things i am grateful and thankful for in my life.
STEP 8 – HOW TO ACCOMPLISH YOU DAILY ROUTINE
Start by taking small steps and don’t overwhelm yourself
Set specific days and times to do things
Do it everyday – consistency is the key to change
Do it at the same time every day – – this will become engrained in you that you don’t’t have to thing about it.
