Happiness Island is a safe and fun place you can go to using your imagination to create and experience what happiness means and feels to you. In Happiness Island, you can bring all your stresses worries and concerns. Together, we will work out creative, practical, simple and fun ways for you to maintain your happiness, have reasons to smile, be grateful that you are alive and to look forward to your amazing life
Some things you can do in Happiness Island
1. Take time out from your busy schedule
2. Do your one Minute Smilence ( focus on things that make you smile)
3. Take part in Laughter activities/games/sing/dance
4. Start to create your own Happiness Island
5. Make your own Gift of Happiness Box with items to help you develop and maintain your happiness levels,
6. Create your own positive affirmations that you can repeat on a regular basis to help you maintain the “feel good factor.

Thanks so much for your feedback, I believe Happiness means different things to different people. And one of the things I get people to do is to try and work on this what – happiness look like/sound like/feel like/taste like/smell like!
